Team Member Requirements

• Must be available to work as early as 8:00 am and as late as 4:00 pm
• Be willing to learn.
• Have a GREAT attitude.
• Be someone YOU would want to work with.
• Customer service oriented & possess good communication skills.

Team Member Job Functions:

When filling guest service roles as a counter or drive thru clerk, team members must:

• follow general cash handling policies and procedures.
• be hospitable with each and every Guest.
• be comfortable working with fryers.

When filling the role of a cook, team members must:

• be comfortable working with grills, fryers and char-broilers
• be willing to wash dishes
• be willing to complete food prep duties, to the Hardee's standard.

Other required attributes include:

• Working with a sense of urgency
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Being a team player
• Ensuring personal appearance meets company standards, as well as display professionalism at all times.
• Recognizing and adhering to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.
• Maintaining a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
